"Pin-spired" Christmas Celebration #2

20 until Christmas Day! How did that happen?

It's been great to have a little time to browse all the wonderful projects on Pinterest. So many pins that inspire me to create something. Here's my second post to contribute to Kendra's Pin-spired Christmas Celebration.

Going through my bits and pieces of patterned paper and some Marigold Twinery, it was easy to come up with two variations of the following card from Pinterest.

I made these cards with some special friends in mind. I hope they enjoy it.

"Pin-spired" December Christmas Celebration

Happy Monday!

Today I am excited to join my friend, Kendra, to play along with her "Pin-spired" Christmas Celebration. I wanted to challenge my creative juices this month and with Christmas as my favorite season, it was just what I needed to get me started. Being able to get creative with some friends cheering on is great fun.

Don't you have bits and pieces of patterned paper somewhere in your craft arsenal. They were just too pretty to throw away, right? Or you bought some seasonal designer paper with every intention of using it for a specific project...that may not have happened? I had some pieces leftover from Graphic 45's Christmas Emporium collection that was too beautiful to toss.

I cut some 1 inch strips and applied them to some confetti cardstock. With some trimming and ink, it was super fast to create these simple holiday cards.

Here is the card on Pinterest that inspired my Christmas card. How easy is that to translate to other holidays with seasonal designer papers and a simple phrase?

Don't forget to visit Kendra on her blog over at Kendra's Card Company to see her daily post. She has more guest and some surprises, too. Kendra is will be posting a total of 21 pin-spired projects this month.

Happy Christmas!
