Disney on My Christmas Tree - Day 2

Day 2 is brought to you by the character Daisy Duck. Of course she is one of my favorite characters.  There is not much Daisy Duck merchandise available out there and it is usually something holiday related or Donald Duck is attached somehow. Lucky for me I love Christmas and I've had a chance to collect many Daisy Duck ornaments the past several years. My family is usually pretty good at helping me in my Daisy Duck quest.

Here is the first of many. This Daisy Duck glass ornament is a Christopher Radko from a 1998 Disney collection that was offered. I love this one as Daisy Duck is dressed up as a DIckens Christmas Caroler. She is holding a little music book and looks ready to sing. The colors are rich and regal to go with that Dickens Christmas time period. It has a little shine and shimmer, too.

It is a fairly large ornament at about 6 inches and heavy. One of the things I really enjoy about our artificial tree is that it can accomodate some bulky glass ornaments. I can move limbs around to show off particular ornaments . I don't have to worry that a limb won't hold up another up. It is great fun to decorate our Christmas tree.

Happy Christmas!
